Christians are called to lead and can lead in walks of life. 6: We Value a Multicultural Church We value a place where people of all walks of life, of all ethnicities can come together and worship the Lord. Where the color barrier is broken, where we join hands to advance the Kingdom of God. 7: We Value Unity A house divided against itself cannot stand, but a unified house weathers any storm. Matt 12:22-30 8: We Value Spiritual Authority A proper understanding of Spiritual Authority is essential for true effective Christianity. 9: We Value a Positive Attitude A good attitude is more important than aptitude, talent or calling. Your attitude will determine your level of influence. 10: We Value a Spirit of Excellence Personal Growth and Development is the secret of a quality filled Christian life. 11: We Value Cultural Relevance In the 21st century the Body of Christ must be relevant to be able to meet the needs of a 21st century world. 12: We Value Praise & Worship We believe that Praise & Worship ushers us into the presence of the Lord. Praise & Worship awakes our soulish man and brings our body, mind and spirit man in to alignment with the Spirit of God.
